“I had a great experience at this dealership. I had been shopping around a bit and the customer service at this store was incredible. I was helped first by Metin, and he was so knowledgeable. He really took time to learn what I was looking for and provide me with the best options. I really felt that he had my best interest in mind. I also did not feel pressured or rushed at all throughout the process. In finalizing the paperwork as quickly as they could, Jennifer and Steven Foster also stepped into help. It was very clear this dealership works as a team to provide the best experience for their customers. Jennifer and Steven were lovely as well and extremely kind and attentive to any concerns or questions. Derek Dominguez was also incredibly helpful in explaining all the technology and getting us set up before taking off. I would absolutely recommend this store to anyone looking for a beautiful car and a relaxing yet efficient experience. I will definitely return in the future. Thank you all for your help in helping me find my dream car!”

“Great service, but transportation policy needs improvement
Dropped off the M850 for a $500 service. I was initially told the dealership could only provide an Uber within a 10-mile radius. I live 14 miles away and needed to get to the airport.
After some discussion, they eventually agreed to cover the ride within 15 miles, which I appreciated. However, for a BMW dealership servicing high-end vehicles, the initial limitation felt like cost-cutting in the wrong place.
I’ve had much better transportation support at Porsche dealerships, even for warranty visits.
This experience makes it harder to justify choosing a dealership over independent shops.”

“This was my 1st time buying a new BMW. ill start off saying that this whole experience from start to finish was 5 stars. this was the second best car buying experience I have ever had, second to only buying my 1st corvette back in 2014. but anyways, if you are not dealing with Marci, you are not gonna get the full 5 star experience. She was absolutely a pleasure to work with and meet and talk too. I did the whole deal via email and over the phone docu sign, first time i actually saw the car was when i went to get it. I had put down a deposit as the car in this color combo and packages had not even arrived to the port in LA yet.
One of the biggest things for me is that Marci made it clear that my service in Navy was appreciated. To me there is nothing better than having someone just say thank you for your service. it hits hard trust me.
Marci thank you again for making it a true one of a kind experience.
Ps. watch out for her and her "joker" card its not fare lol i wasnt sure i wanted to do the deal on a car however she goes oh you might like this...well see photos of me "might liking this"”

“Sam was the best car sales guy I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I wasn’t sure what I was even looking for but Sam was patient, kind and explained everything in detail. Never pressured me into anything. Jeff - finance was fantastic as well. Never pressured me into any warranties, financing etc. explained all the details. They both went above and beyond. Daniel- trainer he knows the case inside and out. Best trainer. If you’re looking for a new car, this is the place to go”
