“STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!
I purchased a 2013 Hyundai Veloster on November 17. From day one, the car had serious safety and mechanical issues. Immediately after leaving the dealership, the side mirror fell off, the brake light didn’t work, the radio and AC didn’t work, the alignment felt off, and the rear wiper was missing.
The next day, the car broke down in the middle of the road. The dealership kept it for nearly two weeks, claimed it was fixed, and it broke down again the day after I picked it up, leaving me stranded on the freeway once again.
Because the dealership could not get the car to work, I had no choice but to return it and receive a refund. However, months later I am still waiting for a promised $300 tow reimbursement. When I followed up, they mention how they are "still in a process and have been busy". This last phone call I was told that the car’s issues were my responsibility, the car was fine and they dont want to refund anymore , despite being assured I would be refunded. I call weekly and am always told someone will call me back—they never do.
Throughout this process, employees downplayed the seriousness of the problems, made it seem like the breakdowns were “no big deal,” and provided conflicting or misleading information, which only added to the stress and confusion.
I rely on my car for work, and the repeated breakdowns happened on my way to work, putting my job in jeopardy multiple times and I was not provided a rental vehicle. Despite documenting all issues with written complaints and photo proof.
Due to the lack of accountability and resolution, I am now filing a complaint with the Arizona Attorney General.
I strongly do not recommend this dealership. Once the sale is made, customer safety and support disappear. They do not care about you and will sell you an unsafe car.”

“My experience was really good here! I didn’t know what to expect, especially it being my first ever car purchase, but I thought that the entire staff was nice, helpful, cooperative, and friendly! I was mainly in contact with Nicole, and she helped a lot to give me any information I asked for, making sure we were on the same page, and making me feel comfortable through the whole process! Everything from first inquiring about the availability online to walking into the store, the whole thing was quick, efficient, and easy! I never felt cornered or pressured to make any decisions, and they were very open to talking through everything and being honest. They are very transparent and the atmosphere they give reinforces the sense that you as the buyer are in control. I feel that they were very reasonable and easy to work with, and I ended up getting a very nice vehicle for a reasonable price and am satisfied with my overall experience! If anyone is thinking about stopping by this dealership or even just browsing online, I would recommend Automart for sure!”
