“Phaulner Monroid My quest for the ultimate Audi began 2 years ago when I purchased a used Q5. I was impressed with the performance of the Q5 but I ran across a SQ5 and immediately decided I wanted one. Last year my dealer in ABQ had an SQ5 in the showroom when I was having my Q5 serviced while I waited. I didn't think my dealer would come up with a deal. I had to return to the dealer to finish up some warranty work I was having on my Q5 and was surprised when they came up with a deal I could live with and I purchased a new 2025 SQ5. Almost immediately I realized that what I really want is a SQ7. A couple of months ago I began my search for a SQ7 that I could afford. My rule is to buy used unless I come across a deal I can't refuse. A couple of weeks ago I came across 2 new 2025 SQ7's at Audi Chandler. One was Black, and had the Prestige package and the other was Gray with the Sport package. The SQ7 (Premium Plus) with the Sport package was $2,000 higer. They were both discounted I'm sure because of the year. I called the dealership and spoke to Phalner Monroid, Audi Brand Specialist and explained that I'm out of state, just outside of Albuquerque, New Mexico and I'm very interested in their 2025 SQ7's. I explained that I wanted their best deal as I was trading in my SQ5. Although I wanted the Black SQ7, I was more intested in getting the Sport package vs the Prestige package. If I could afford both the Prestige Package, Sport Package-Black Optics, Tow, I would buy it but they're over $100,000. Phaulner spoke to his General Manager, Aaron Enriquez and after a couple of back and forth gave me the "deal of a lifetime" according to my salesman in Albuquerque. My daughter and her boyfriend wanted to come along for the ride and since we all were going we had to take our 3 dogs with. We arrived early Saturday morning to complete the sale and immediatly Phaulner and Aaron directed my daughter and her boyfriend to a Park nearby to go to while we completed the deal. Phaulner also invited to bring the dogs inside the dealership! While they took off to the Park with the Dogs, I completed the deal with Ray in Finance and purchased the car. I bought the Daytona Gray SQ7 with the Sport package and am pleasently surprised that I really like the color! Phaulner, Aaron and Ray gave me a great deal on my SQ7-I HIGHLY RECOMMEND AUDI OF CHANDLER! Thank you Phauler!!!”
