“I liked the communication and customer service up until I bought my car, I bought my truck from them and a week later I was hearing noises like a rattling noise. I went up there they told me to come in. They said they put it on a machine and didn’t see anything but we all know if you put it on a machine you don’t have any license or nothing on. You’re very likely not gonna find nothing that way so I’ll call back. I talked to Jason the business person and he said I’mma call you back and I never got a call back. I never got an email and it’s like you buy these cars from the dealership and because it’s used, it’s like they just don’t care about having to or want to repair them if they feel like they didn’t do something right my problem is I haven’t got contacted yet and I have met with the Jamal to get my car. I met with Greg to go and get my car fixed and then I met with Jason and talk to him about it and nobody has called me back yet this is the worst thing you could ever do is buy a car from someone and if you tell them that you’re having an issue that they don’t address the issue or try to help you fix the problem or even give you a call back email or anything. From two days ago from today and I have not received anything he said they was gonna see what they can do and address the situation they have not. I think that’s very poor service that you would let somebody buy a used car from you and not addressed the situation when they know, I just bought this truck from them a week ago. So, I wrote this review and now someone calls but to tell me we looked at it and you bought it as is and I knew that but this was something I notice two days after buying the car. He Greg states we tried to help you but we found nothing we put it on the machine and saw nothing. I gave it to my shop and their professionals and I paid them to look at your car. I started professional or not I hear it up heard something so what that means. But, all in all never again.”
