“Stay away from this place if you can. We had a Ford dead battery less than 2 years old with a 36 months warranty. They put all possible excuses to avoid taking responsibility (of course they were not going to get money so why to do their job!). We had the receipt of the prior battery replacement with the details of the car, but the SN was not included in the line item of the battery, so they argued that they could not replace it because they could not confirm it was that battery or another one. On the same car, a receipt from 2024!!! Seriously? Total scam. Not worth my time escalating this incidence with Ford, but I should. This is a business avoiding to abide by the terms of the warranty of their brand!
In response to "owner response". You cannot have in your database evidently customers that you refuse to attend. My husband was there with a Ford Escape yesterday with the engine running as the battery would not re-start (it was jumped by Tatman's Towing Service to drive to Ford City Champaign) back up if the engine was stopped. He directly spoke to the manager too, so you certainly should remember this.”

“If you want to be respected and valued as a customer it would behoove you to give Champaign Ford City a try. The staff is friendly, efficient and thorough from start to finish and is one of the last few great places to get a fair deal on a vehicle. From sales to finance to transport, no hassle no stress, just a honest business transaction. I found my truck watching a Champaign Ford City YouTube channel, I made a call to Todd he made it the best buying experience I’ve ever had. Jim and Zack in finance were great with communication and made things happen quick and simple. I have no affiliation with the dealer or staff but I know I will be a repeat customer, you just don’t get this honest treatment out west where I live.”

“I don't have any negative comments on salesperson up to the final approval and signing of needed documents, they did a good job. I also excited on my Mustang that I bought from them. It's like another dream come true even it is not for me but for my Son. But I have a unexpected circumstances after buying the 2024 Ecoboost. Only 5 days with me using only few miles on it. I got it on Black Friday, Idle on Saturday & Sunday, my son use it going to School - U of I on Monday morning, Monday afternoon grocery, then on Tuesday when planning to clean the outside of the vehicle, upon starting the vehicle I heard a unusual sound of the exhaust, it's like a miss fire. I look at the dash board and the engine light is on. Upon learning it I did not waste my time going to dealership immediately and report the issue. The advisor found out in their computer system that there is a miss fire on it. I try to ask if they can fix it while waiting but unluckily the person who can do such issue is not available. So the advisor booked me on Tuesday Dec 9 @ 9am. He advice though that still drivable and won't damaged the engine as long as the engine light is not blinking which is in a steady light only. But of course I still have a little bit worry because I don't expect to happen to a 2 year old car with a low mileage. For now while waiting for few more days bringing back to dealership I just keep the Mustang on the garage and don't want to use it until they will fix it.”

“Amazing people all around that me and my wife call family ! Dean and Levi and Jason and allysa and Josh , and Todd the whole sales team and finance guys as well !!! Wonderful people I’d give 100 stars if I could !! Bought our 10th vehicle from them a week ago and couldn’t be more simple and efficient and just great!!!!
!! Also their service team is top notch and very well qualified and knowledgeable!!!!

“The service department is outstanding. I went there on a recommendation from a friend and have been very impressed. There are many Ford dealers closer to me but the quality of their work is worth the drive.
The service manager Jeff is great to work with and has helped me select upgrade options. I've worked with Jared in the performance division and he is top notch. He has completed every upgrade exceptionally well with care and superior quality.
