I am a very "thorough" buyer and I peppered him with countless questions and spent 4 days test driving cars and asking even more questions. “I am taking the time to share our experience with Norm Reeves Hyundai because the need to recognize someone that truly cares about others couldn’t be more needed in times like this right now. We brought our 2022 Tucson in for a scheduled service and to report a problem with an intermittent failure to start issue. Our Service Advisor, Enrique Almazan was very polite, professional and most of all explained in detail what may be wrong but needed to keep the car for some time for technicians to evaluate. We immediately knew we were in good hands because he kept apologizing for the inconvenience and provided a loaner car which helped a lot. What could have taken (2) weeks or longer to repair turned out to be a few days. Enrique called around and discovered the parts were available sooner than was expected. The Tucson has been performing flawlessly and we are very satisfied. We purchased it at Norm Reeves because of the large inventory but had not considered any service work because of the distance from our home. This changed quickly because of (2) prior Hyundai disappointing , incompetent dealerships we attempted to have service work performed and was appalled by their customer service. (Glendora, Ontario) .
