“I recently sold back my Hyundai to this dealership and had the best possible experience and offer! Prior to coming here, I had got an appraisal at South Bay Hyundai and Car Max, both of which I do not recommend at all. In regards to the South Bay Hyundai, they were just so inefficient and dishonest (they changed the appraisal value twice even though nothing changed with my car at all). So I wasn't expecting much when I came here, but to my surprise, they were so quick, efficient, friendly, and offered me the highest price for my car! They also provide a ride back home if you need it within certain miles. I wish I remembered the name of the person who helped me, but I have only positive experiences here! I used to come for oil changes as well when I used to live around here, and all the staff are professional, and they have a shuttle service that takes you to the Cerritos Mall if you want. All around great service and positive experiences here!”

“The worst customer and technical service I have ever had. We leased 2026 Ioniq 9 three months ago that included warranty. 3 days ago the car just locked itself in my garage. None of the keys or application ever worked. Even the manual keys (we have 2) did not open the car! How is it possible that manual keys do not open the doors! Why do we have them ?! The worst part of the story is that still none of the customers service or technical support ever could help me or do something about it. No road assistance was ever provided! I am a mother to 3 minor kids and I am just stuck here with this new non RUN and DRIVE car with the open garage door that I cannot close for 3 nights now. They literally do not care ! Our sales manager that was assigning us this car and promised to take care of any occasions in the future just doesn’t open his phones or replies messages. His name is Fred Deymeh!”
