“It was a five star experience from when Fabian introduced himself to us in the lot to when Fabian shook our hands right before we drove off the lot with our new car! Fabian was amazing and so was Raid and Christian. The entire team was friendly and with us throughout the process. Even though we had “THE CAR” Fabian checked the inventory and gave us an option for one coming in a couple days that was all wheel drive. With our driving to the mountains this only made sense to wait and we are certainly glad we did. The communication about next steps was always clear and we felt appreciated. Thanks to Fabian, Raid, Christian and the entire team at Lexus of Cerritos!”

“This has been one of the most stress-free, enjoyable experiences when purchasing a new vehicle. We had been shopping around for a few months for a Lexus vehicle, when Ricky from Cerritos Lexus called us one morning, and provided us with information that he had on a vehicle that were looking for. After negotiating an out the door purchase price over the phone and emails, Ricky promised to get us in and out in a timely manner. He was true to his word, after test driving the vehicle and signing purchase documents, we were on our way home at the purchase price that he quoted us! He was one of the most patient, knowledgeable, and pleasant sales person that we have met through this vehicle purchasing process. If you are looking to purchase a Lexus, Cerritos Lexus is your place to go. From sales people to management, it was truly a pleasant experience. We highly recommend Cerritos Lexus and Ricky our salesman.”

“My recent purchase of an NX 450h+ plug-in hybrid at Lexus of Cerritos was a wonderful experience, thanks to our salesperson, Daniel Diaz. Daniel was fantastic to work with—he communicated clearly, kept me up to date on available inventory, and was extremely patient in answering all of my questions. He truly made the car-buying process enjoyable and stress-free.
I highly recommend working with Daniel and purchasing from Lexus of Cerritos. This is now the third Lexus I’ve purchased from this dealership, and the customer service from both the sales and service teams has always been excellent.
Recent update 1/3/26: I recently had the opportunity to also work with Service Advisor Sharon Mathew, and he was excellent! He maintained clear and consistent communication with me while my car was being serviced and was always easy to talk to. Sharon went above and beyond to be accommodating during my visit to the service department. I highly recommend working with him as well. Daniel and Sharon are truly are a dream team, and together they made my sales and service experience with Lexus of Cerritos absolutely superb!
Updated review 2/9/26- Dealt with service advisor Sharon Mathew again regarding the replacement of my antennae and one interior pillars as there was a gouge in it. Long story short, everything went well and Sharon came through taking care of me and my car. My communication with my sales person Daniel Diaz post purchase of my car has also been above and beyond. Very satisfied with Cerritos Lexus, especially Sharon and Daniel. Thank you so much for taking good care of me and my car! :)”

“I’ve had bad experiences with Toyota/Lexus but none as bad as this.
I typically avoid coming into the dealership for any service or maintenance but i had an electrical issue on my 2007 Lexus with a faulty harness in the airbag system which was once covered under warranty. I went to a couple shops but no one would touch it and all directed me to the dealer. So with no other choice i came in to Lexus Of Cerritos and even though i brought in a diagnosis from a Toyota/Lexus certified specialist i had to pay again to have them do their own diagnosis and once they were reassured on the issue we proceeded with the $513.16 repair and while there I i decided to ask about an alignment to fix the uneven wear on my tires and was convinced to do so because i was assured their alignment equipment was the best for my car. Once the car was dropped off after 3 days they called to offer me a “deal” to replace my rotors and break pads for approximately $1400 which i declined.(break pads i later bought for $62 and replaced myself, rotors didn’t need replacement). Once they understood the only thing i wanted was to replace the faulty airbag harness underneath my steering wheel and the alignment they proceeded to take a full 2 weeks to do the work and when i came in to pick up my car i had to wait around for 30-40 minutes to get my vehicle because they had somehow lost my keys this was the first sign of what was to come . Once i got home and inspected the vehicle i noticed a small screw on my floor mat but i dismissed it thinking it was something that was already there since i often carry tools and components in my car. While driving around the next day i went over a tall speed bump that caused the whole plastic cover underneath the steering wheel to pop out of place i then realized it was missing the 2 screws the were meant to hold it in place. Which i had found 1 of and luckily was able to find the 2nd. I proceeded to screw the cover back on and ended up having to also pop a plastic cover back into place that makes contact with the door that was also left undone. Another thing i begin to notice was that after the alignment they performed my steering wheel now had to hang slightly to the right to drive in a straight line, although very frustrated im still holding off on going back to Lexus because im honestly hesitant to trust them with my vehicle again. Overall just really disappointed with the Lexus tech’s inexperience or ineptitude. I had been meaning to write this since December but the holidays and work got in the way but i finally made time to express my unpleasant experience with the techs at Lexus of Cerritos. Would never have gone to them to begin with but i needed the repair and only they could perform it.”

Very kind and honest person great personality he is a prime example on how a person should be in his line of work.
