“Recently was in the market for something new to drive and had never owned or driven a Mazda, decided to pop in and take a look at a CX-5 after researching online. Mind you I had been to several dealerships prior to coming to Browning Mazda. I was greeted graciously, doors opened for me, I felt very comfortable, no pressure. My salesman Luis, was absolutely the best!! Also met a couple of the sales managers Ricky and Hassain, as well as Ronnie from internet sales. All of these guys were just fabulous to interact with and I felt very taken care of. Mind you, I did not purchase my vehicle my first visit in, but within days, and a better offer, I came back and sealed the deal! The dealership is very clean and tidy and welcoming. Raphael was one of the finance directors that I had my final interaction with, to sign my contract. He is very professional and kind and certainly not pushy, and also is very thorough, detailed and knowledgeable about the additional products available relating to community and your vehicles maintenance and such. I was also treated to lunch which was just a nice perk from this dealership and much appreciated as I was super hungry on my way to the dealership and had not eaten that day. I felt like the red carpet had been laid out for me. Was even provided a soda to go along with my lunch! Bonus when you purchase a vehicle from them, they give you a full tank of gas, Make sure the car is spotless on the inside and had a car wash on the outside.”
