“We love our Subaru Forester Sport and received excellent service from the sales and finance associates. The only downfall was that they quoted a price for the Starlink (My Subaru) app that was lower than the actual price.”

“Our experience at Autonation Subaru Arapahoe was fantastic! Our salesman Joey G was so professional and helpful he answered every question and concerns we had about the several vehicles we were interested in. He was so patient and knowledgeable throughout the process and we ended up buying a great 2020 Subaru Ascent with low mileage and all the accessories were we looking for it is perfect for us! I highly recommend Joey G and AutoNation Subaru Arapahoe if you want a great vehicle and a wonderful buying experience!”

“I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received at Subaru AutoNation. This was my very first service after buying my car from you, and unfortunately, it turned into a scary and dangerous experience.
I was charged $190 for an oil change and tire service, yet the oil plug was not properly tightened. Because of this, all the oil leaked out while I was driving at 4 in the morning to work, and oil splashed all over the engine. This was not just an inconvenience.
it put my safety and my life at risk. Driving a car with a major oil leak is extremely dangerous and could have caused engine failure or even a fire.
My time, work, and personal plans were completely affected because of this mistake. When someone trusts a dealership for a basic service like an oil change, the bare minimum expectation is that it’s done correctly and safely.
When I brought this up, I was told that a new trainee worked on my car. That is not an acceptable excuse. If you are training new employees, their work should be properly checked and inspected by a senior technician before the car is returned to the customer. Basic quality control was clearly missing here.
After this experience, I have lost trust in your service department. I will not be returning, and I will not be recommending this place to anyone.
This situation was completely unacceptable, and I expected much better from an authorized Subaru service center.”
