He ultimately showed us everything we asked to see & then pulled out the car I ultimately ended up loving and choosing. The vehicle hit all my marks. He got us a great deal on a 2025 vehicle. “The experience at Arapahoe Kia was fantastic from start to finish. The online process was smooth and transitioned effortlessly to the in-person experience—I completed most of the paperwork before even stepping foot in the dealership.
Joy was incredibly responsive throughout, and when she was out, her manager Scott stepped in without missing a beat.
When we arrived at our scheduled time, the vehicle was waiting out front. Joy handed us the keys and we handed her the keys to our trade-in—it was that simple.
We took an extended test drive (even went hunting for snow to test the AWD!) and when we returned, they honored the exact trade-in value they quoted online—about $1,500 more than Carvana offered. Derek in finance walked us through the paperwork quickly and clearly.
Joy met us at the car afterward—freshly washed—and took the time to walk us through all the features.
All in all, we were in and out in under two hours.
I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.”

“We ended up buying a 2024 Subaru Crosstrek which was not on the radar when we first went to the dealership. On day 1 we drove 3 vehicles and eliminated others based on size and colors. We met with Jon Alvarez he was very easy and pleasant to work with. His knowledge and experience helped us with the final decision. On the other hand the Arapahoe KIA decision makers were not willing to make a decent deal with us involving our trade-in so we walked away. I had other offers for the trade-in and ended up getting $2600 more from them. On day 2 we did go back to the dealership with cash in hand and ended up making a deal; mainly because we wanted that car and liked Jon. The time it took to get the deal done was WAY longer than it should have been however. We spent a lot of time waiting for E-docs to be sent and for financing to be arranged. Jon did get me $600 + off the sales price for me and paid for my Uber to the dealership and got the car prepped for us. Overall it was a painful but a rewarding experience‼️”
