“Very satisfied. I have used Nissan dealer service dept. since 2008. First at Town North Nissan till they transitioned into a Kia dealer, then I moved my business to Cedar Park Nissan in late 2025. I intend to continue using them for my service needs. Prices are fair, work is done timely. I recommend them.”

“We stepped in the dealership in the hope to purchase a car. We were inside for about 45 minutes, nobody came to us to ask or we needed assistance, no sales person or management. People just walked by us and didn't acknowledge us or said good afternoon, can I assist you. Chatting with each others and playing with the phone is more important than costumer service. At last, we had a free cup of coffee 😂
Two guys next to the coffee area, a office area, chit-chatting were just looking at us.
We walked out and have no intentions coming back. They not the only candy store in town.”

“ZERO attention to details, zero
These "technicians" left all four brand new tires looking like this. ALL FOUR, for $1000. Some white grease around every rim and grease marks on every spoke! Maybe inspect work or get towels.
Totally disgusting and unprofessional. They also did not check the four tire readings. One is not registering.
Took the Armada up the day before for a 7am appointment. Took them 7.5 hours to put 4 new tires and alignment.
"Technicians" actually had to text to ask where the spare tire tools are so they could replace the spare where it belongs or "did we just want it in the back end"?
Now we get to take it back for them to complete the service by ensuring all air pressure readings are registering on the Armada's system.
Hope they treat their female family members better than they treat customers.”

“Jesse G had me in and out in with my new car in comparably no time at all. The whole process was super transparent and he even helped me work with the bank when they were giving us flak. His accolades from the past 6 months definitely put me at ease. 10/10 would recommend”

“Jesse and his manager Ron did an amazing job helping me find the car I was looking for! They were able to get me into a brand new car with great interest rate and the customer service was excellent. I was the last person to walk out of that dealership yesterday because they worked hard to make sure that I was leaving with what I came for. 10/10 recommend!!!”
