“My husband and I came in to look at their two c8 corvettes (a gift for his 50th birthday) and were met with Heather, the worst and most unprofessional salesperson ever. She was rude, knew absolutely nothing about the vehicle and couldn't open one of the cars for us. We just bought a brand new bronco from the Ford dealership next door and thought Chevy might be a similar experience but it was NOT. Spare yourself the stop and try another dealership who actually want to help!

“We visited Castle Rock GMC with the intention of purchasing a vehicle, but the experience was extremely disappointing.
The sales representative we interacted with was unprofessional and seemed unfamiliar with the vehicles on the lot. Basic questions about features, trims, and availability could not be answered clearly, and the overall attitude made us feel rushed and unimportant as customers.
Buying a vehicle is a major purchase, and we expect a minimum level of knowledge, respect, and professionalism. Unfortunately, that was missing here.
Because of this experience, we decided to walk out and check the dealership next door. The difference was night and day—we were treated properly, received clear information, and ultimately purchased our truck elsewhere.
This dealership lost a serious buyer due to poor customer service and lack of professionalism.”

“Everyone at GMC Castle Rock was great to work with when I picked up my new truck. Jonathan, my salesman, was especially awesome — you can tell he loves what he does and really wanted to help me get the best deal. He kept in touch the whole way through and made sure everything went smoothly. I’d definitely buy here again and recommend checking them out.”
