“I had an absolutely amazing experience at Mercedes-Benz of Cary. I had the pleasure of working with James in sales and Daniel in finance, and when I say the process was seamless, I truly mean it.
I’ve purchased quite a few vehicles over the years, but this experience genuinely stood out. I completed most of the purchase online, came in after a long day of work, and was literally in and out in 45 minutes flat. Incredible.
They were professional, efficient, organized, and made what can often be a complicated purchase process feel simple and stress-free. Their communication was clear, everything was prepared ahead of time, and they respected my time, which meant a lot.
I’ve visited several Mercedes-Benz dealerships before, but this team was top notch. James and Daniel exemplify what true automotive professionals should be, knowledgeable, honest, and customer focused. They truly rekindled what a great car buying experience should feel like.

“I had a great experience at this dealership. I initially went in just to look at a car I saw online, with no intention of purchasing that day. Everyone was welcoming and never made me feel pressured or rushed.
Dayne Ahola was fantastic—professional, calm, and patient throughout the entire process. He let me set the pace, which made me feel comfortable moving forward with the purchase even though we hadn’t planned on buying that day. We ended up staying late, and he maintained a great attitude the entire time and has continued to check in afterward.
The business portion with Daniel Keenan was smooth and straightforward with the same no-pressure approach. Overall, it was a personalized, stress-free experience, and I would definitely recommend this dealership”

“I would give them 0 stars if I could. I went online last night and found just the used Cadillac x4 that I was looking for. I confirmed with the online rep and made an appointment for 2:00 today. I made a formal offer on the car and my trade in and they accepted. I went today to test drive and write them a check for the difference. When I arrived I was told that the car had been sold. Another customer has come in on the 31st and they were only waiting for a new key to be made. They are going to pick it up tomorrow. I was shocked as I thought the deal was done. After the salesman could offer me no explanation as to why it happened. The sales manager got involved. His response was that “it happens” made me even more disturbed. They offered me nothing and did not even try to sell me another car. They couldn’t wait to get me out of there. I will never set foot in a Leith property again. Very unprofessional.”

“Worked with an awesome guy named Ali! He was extremely transparent and forthcoming about the vehicle's history, amenities, price, etc. Came across a few difficulties and he held the car for me with no questions asked. I would recommend anyone here, who wants to be treated with care and respect-shoutout to Ali Asad for the extreme patience and dedication in helping me get what I wanted.”

“I’ve been using Mercedes-Benz of Cary since 2005, and as a long-standing customer, I’m not biased ironically, as I believe in good customer service experiences “no matter” where you are and for how long. That being said, Carol did an excellent job making sure everything was done on my vehicle (even things I wasn’t aware of or an issue). They constantly communicate to the customer and send videos updates of your car in-service and what the technicians have completed or might need to complete.
The experiences I’ve had at Mercedes-Benz of Cary that weren’t pleasant. I immediately let them know, and they did everything in their power to rectify the situation.
I’ve had different experiences with both the service department as well as the sales department at Mercedes-Benz of Cary. I personally believe everyone should have An excellent experience Vehicle purchase or service from the dealership. The few times I wasn’t pleased with something like I said they did everything in their power to rectify it, which tells me they appreciate me as a customer. I look forward to a future relationship with Mercedes-Benz of Cary and if you have additional questions or concerns or even experiences yourself that differ from Mine, you should let them know immediately.”
