“I would give them 0 stars if I could. I went online last night and found just the used Cadillac x4 that I was looking for. I confirmed with the online rep and made an appointment for 2:00 today. I made a formal offer on the car and my trade in and they accepted. I went today to test drive and write them a check for the difference. When I arrived I was told that the car had been sold. Another customer has come in on the 31st and they were only waiting for a new key to be made. They are going to pick it up tomorrow. I was shocked as I thought the deal was done. After the salesman could offer me no explanation as to why it happened. The sales manager got involved. His response was that “it happens” made me even more disturbed. They offered me nothing and did not even try to sell me another car. They couldn’t wait to get me out of there. I will never set foot in a Leith property again. Very unprofessional.”

He was extremely transparent and forthcoming about the vehicle's history, amenities, price, etc. Came across a few difficulties and he held the car for me with no questions asked. I would recommend anyone here, who wants to be treated with care and respect-shoutout to Ali Asad for the extreme patience and dedication in helping me get what I wanted.”

“I can’t say enough great things about the service department at Mercedes-Benz of Cary. My very first new car years ago was a Mercedes, and after that I owned two Audis—which I absolutely loved. I recently came back to Mercedes, and this experience reminded me instantly of just how special MB service really is.
On my first visit last week, they had an MB concierge help me sync my car with the app and walk me through all of the remote features. That alone was impressive. But then I met Matthew Clark, my Service Advisor, and that’s when I knew I was in the right place.
I had questions about replacing the tires on my car, and Matthew spent a ton of time walking me through all the options—different brands, pros and cons, what fits my driving style, and the price points. He didn’t rush me, didn’t try to upsell me—just genuinely helped me make the right choice.
I went back today to pick up some puddle lights I had ordered. I asked Matthew if it was safe to install them myself, and he explained that while I could, a small mistake could damage the wiring harness in the door (and that would be an expensive fix). He gave me a quote for their team to install them, and it was extremely reasonable.
I asked if I could schedule the install for next week. Instead, he said it was a quick job and he could fit me in right now. He told me it would take less than an hour—and he delivered. While I waited, I walked the lot and talked to a few sales guys who were all friendly and helpful as I asked about different models. By the time I finished looking around, the work was done and I was driving home—in about 45 minutes.
I’ve genuinely never experienced this level of professionalism, courtesy, and willingness to help. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. And Matthew? He’s an absolute rock star.
Mercedes-Benz of Cary has definitely earned a customer for life.”

“Experienced car buyer here and my business with Ali at Mercedes Benz of Cary couldn’t have been anymore pleasant. From the start, Ali informed me that a Benz buying experience was “different” and he was right. I wanted to buy my wife a 2025 GLE 350, but had some trouble finding what she wanted in the local area. Ali was not only able to find my wife’s dream car, but he had it delivered precisely on time. He even had it displayed on the showroom floor with a massive, red bow on the hood for my wife to be surprised by. While I got an amazing deal and the purchasing experience was stellar, Ali made the entire process pleasurable. He was kind, polite, funny, and most of all, sympathetic to my car buying needs. He helped make my wife’s dream car come true. Thank you so much Ali. Highly recommended!”

“I’ve been using Mercedes-Benz of Cary since 2005, and as a long-standing customer, I’m not biased ironically, as I believe in good customer service experiences “no matter” where you are and for how long. That being said, Carol did an excellent job making sure everything was done on my vehicle (even things I wasn’t aware of or an issue). They constantly communicate to the customer and send videos updates of your car in-service and what the technicians have completed or might need to complete.
The experiences I’ve had at Mercedes-Benz of Cary that weren’t pleasant. I immediately let them know, and they did everything in their power to rectify the situation.
I’ve had different experiences with both the service department as well as the sales department at Mercedes-Benz of Cary. I personally believe everyone should have An excellent experience Vehicle purchase or service from the dealership. The few times I wasn’t pleased with something like I said they did everything in their power to rectify it, which tells me they appreciate me as a customer. I look forward to a future relationship with Mercedes-Benz of Cary and if you have additional questions or concerns or even experiences yourself that differ from Mine, you should let them know immediately.”
