“I had a wonderful experience the past couple days working with Tyler and buying my new to me 2024 VW Taos. I originally went to test drive a Jetta and upon doing that I discovered that while it was a nice car it wasn’t right for me. Tyler suggested I sit in the Taos and my dad and I immediately loved it. There was one at the Raleigh store in my price range and Tyler set us up with Daniel to answer any questions we had and drove the 90 minute round trip in traffic to pick up the car for me. This morning they allowed us to take it to our mechanic for a checkup. It checked out great other than being slightly out of alignment and Tyler had that taken care of in their shop while we started paperwork. He also showed me all the features on the car and how to use them. Prince in finance made the process quick and easy. We also met sales manager Casey, who was very nice. While this is my first experience buying from a dealership , my dad, who has bought many cars said Tyler was the best salesman he has ever worked with. Tyler really went above and beyond to make this a positive experience. I would not hesitate to buy from him again.”
