My experience at Audi Cary was outstanding! Audi Brand Specialist, Johnnie R., made my Audi RS experience worthwhile. His professionalism, enthusiasm, and devotion is amazing. I scheduled an appointment online and was fortunate to get Johnnie R. as my Audi Brand Specialist. He provided me with great details about the Audi S5 and I was able to test drive the vehicle. It was an excellent experience. Johnnie R. was able to get me the vehicle I wanted. I will say that he has made my experience at Audi experience truly amazing. I appreciate him and the Audi team for taking care of me and ensuring that I was able to get the Audi S5.

I was searching for a unicorn: a black 2024 S5 Cabriolet Prestige with the Sport Package, pristine condition, and very low miles. I found exactly that at Audi Cary, there was just one tiny problem: the car was 529 miles away. I began working with Wael on December 8th, starting with a detailed video walk-around. The car looked fantastic, so I moved forward with the purchase. Since I couldn’t pick it up until December 20th, the team had plenty of time to prepare the car. I requested PPF and ceramic coating, and everything was completed during those two weeks. I also asked for a few last-minute accessories, and they were ready and installed when I arrived. John, the business manager, handled all of the paperwork seamlessly. He was very professional. Pickup day involved a 9-hour-and-2-minute drive. Was it worth it? YES, YES, YES. There were no surprises, no changes to my trade value, no last-minute negotiations. Everything we discussed over the phone was exactly as promised. Wael and John were truly outstanding. The drive home was another 7½ hours, and it was absolutely worth every mile. If you’re traveling to Audi Cary from New Jersey or New York, bring them bagels, they’ll appreciate it!

Our experience with Audi Cary was exceptional. Wael opened the door for us as we arrived. The salesman we had originally scheduled an appointment with was busy, so Wael assisted us instead. He was very thorough describing all of the features of the beautiful Navarra Blue Q3 that we purchased. Their finance manager broke down extras we decided on into easy to understand terms. The entire price was super streamlined and it was the fastest I’ve ever been in and out when buying a new vehicle, ever.

I purchased a used Audi Q5 from this dealership a year ago and took my car in today for the annual NC vehicle inspection. I must say, I am very disappointed with how Audi treats its customers here. As a German who has driven Audi my entire life and is familiar with Audi in Germany, I am accustomed to official dealerships being the most honest and trustworthy. That's why I chose to go to Audi today. Unfortunately, this does not seem to be the case in the USA. Here, the focus appears to be on making money at every opportunity rather than on building customer loyalty and ensuring repeat business. I bought my car a year ago and have only driven approximately 5,000 miles practically nothing. Yet they tried to sell me new tires, new windshield wipers, new brakes, and claimed there was an oil leak. Unbelievable. All together, it would have cost nearly $4,500. My car does not need any of these repairs at this time. After leaving the dealership, I noticed that my automatic windows no longer worked. I suspected this was related to the battery replacement, which, by the way, cost $600. When I informed the woman at the front desk that the windows weren't functioning, she responded rudely and told me that the mechanics hadn't done anything to the doors. I then asked her to get a mechanic. When he came out, he explained very politely that the windows weren't working because the battery had been replaced. He fixed the issue quite quickly. Why did the receptionist need to react so dismissively? It's unfortunate that this experience was so negative. For me, it's clear that while Audi stands for trust and quality in Germany, that is not the case in the USA. What a shame. I will not be purchasing another Audi in the United States.

I recently purchased a new car from Audi Cary and I couldn't be happier with my experience. From the moment I walked in, Prince Majesty was incredibly helpful and attentive. He was the first person to stand up to greet me. Prince listened to my needs and preferences, and didn't pressure me into anything I wasn't comfortable with. He was very knowledgeable about the different models and features, and helped me find the perfect car for my needs. The financing process was also very smooth and straightforward, and I felt like I got a fair price. I highly recommend AUDI of Cary and especially Prince Majesty to anyone looking to buy a new car.
