“Oh my gosh Kia of Carson is Godsend! The customer service team is phenomenal! From the sales man, to the manager, to the beautiful lady I signed my documents with ( not good at names but definitely will update). I felt so welcomed and what I thought would be a process was effortlessly beautiful! I show great gratitude towards everyone at Kia of Carson and grateful for their support and grace. When I tell you this is the best experience I have ever had from any company ( outside of car dealerships too!)I mean it!”

“Don’t recommend don’t this place at all went trying to get a base model k4 had already looked into payments before hand with downtown of Kia once I got here the first part of introducing the car went fine and the test drive as well but once it came down to talking about price for payments and interest rate they were charging a insane amount for a base model I tried to talk to the person knowing that I had a higher end model car from Honda and paying way less and when I told her that I was trying to get a deal for my sister and she straight up told me that I was delusional and was not knowing what I was talking about after that she spoke to her manager and proceeded to say that I wasn’t working with them at all and that I was a lost cause so I decided to leave and just wanted to thank you guys for the bad experience because if I wouldn’t have had it I wouldn’t have gone to Toyota or Carson and got a high end Corolla for better payments and with better features”

“This is how I got the certified pre-owned car: dirty, sticky, with scratches, chips, swirls, and a dent. I expected at least some effort on their part to detail the car up before handing it off but there was almost zero accountability and desire to do so.
The paint chip was "fixed" but blotting the wrong white color over it like trying to white-out pen on paper. They improved the dent but didn't fully fix it. They offered to re-coat the car with the cilajet coating during purchase, but made no attempt to schedule an appointment or keep themselves accountable. The car has swirl marks in the paint so we basically paid for a ceramic coating that doesn't even exist.
The buying process felt rushed and there was no sense of trying to help us understand everything we were buying.
I like the car (kia ev6 2024), but leaving the dealership made me feeling bitter and like I got scammed.”
