“I had a pleasant and thorough experience when I shopped for a vehicle with eagle valley.
Buying a vehicle can be challenging and they worked with me through the whole process and I looked at several options with them and almost purchased but ended up finding a deal I couldn’t pass on. They were prompt with returning my deposit even though I bought a vehicle out of state.
Highly recommend as they are a honest and trustworthy business. Dan the owner was exceptionally helpful and professional with closing a deal both parties were happy and content with.”

“I highly recommend you going to a different dealership than going here. They are all horrible salespeople, and they are all very poor at communication. Just a year ago I purchased a 2007 Subaru forester from the Carson lot, and every single month it broke down AT LEAST once. They give a “90 day” grace period to tell them any issues with the car, but as soon as I would tell them an issue it all of a sudden it “wasn’t their issue”. May 11, you know only 9 months of owning it, it caught fire in my driveway when I was arriving home, mind you WITH ME IN IT. I swear to you that a flinstones cartoon car would be a better bet for you for a “reliable” car than what they want to sell you. Save your money.”

“I have had one of the worst experiences dealing with the Eagle Valley Motors team since January.
If you thought your used car buying story was rough, read on.
I came to EVM after months of looking at and researching different cars, thinking I could finally be able to purchase a vehicle from a family owned business close to me. I showed up to view a car they had posted on their site with their own pictures, only to come and find that the entire body and front of the car was damaged from a bad accident, not specified on their site. That’s when I should have left….
I met with Ryan, as well as Sean from G&G garage (the mechanic shop that is strictly contracted by EVM), EVM's contracted mechanics and detailers; along with their GM Sean and Mary in the office.
If you want to have the world's worst used car purchasing experience, have your contract negated, and be treated with utter disrespect-feel free to go to EVM and ask for Ryan and Sean.
They are not/have not been willing to follow through on their contracted obligations and go as far as to make jokes/make fun of you when you try to schedule getting your car fixed.
Will add full review ASAP.
(Pics below are what was left on my windshield when I was finally able to get my car in after 3 WEEKS due to lack of communication when next day was promised.). Will post the pics of new scratches as well that appeared on my car after taking it to Sean at G&G, who had a horrible customer service attitude and talked about me in the garage to others and laughed at me….all because I wanted my car fixed…alas.
These screws could have really hurt me, noticed by a second real mechanic that I took the car to after this horrid experience and was shocked by the fact that nothing was done, let alone detailing inside or outside the car.
EVM do NOT care about their clients whatsoever. I am disgusted with the treatment truly. Would recommend you steer clear. Truly horrid.”

“DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM EAGLE VALLEY!’ I paid $15,000 cash for a Honda Pilot. I got it home and put the seats down and old moldy food and dog hair was caked in-between the seats. The closer I looked I saw that the entire car was so filthy dirty. I took it back to them because it was knocking really bad, it had a dent they were suppose to fix, and the headlights needed fixing. They had it for over two months. I finally went to the dealership and it was parked in the same exact spot as I left it and nothing was done on it. They told me the knock was the fan not to worry. The dent was finally fixed only to be worse than it was before. They said they serviced it, changed the oil etc. I added pictures of the dent. The check engine light came on so I took it in to be checked out they had it for weeks and never called so I called them to see what the heck and they said it had been ready. They just never bothered to call me. I picked it up and not more than a mile from the dealership the check engine light came in again so I just drove it straight to the Honda dealership. They checked it and said it needed serviced is all. So apparently Eagle Valley never changed the oil or serviced it. And the knocking turned out to be the timing belt. $1200 to fix that.
Ryan is your typical dishonest car salesman. Sean is no better. You cannot believe one word they say! Nor can you trust that they are selling you a reliable vehicle.”
