“Walter was very welcoming and gave me the keys right away to try the car. When i said i need to sleep on it, he was not pushy (unlike other dealerships). They also gave me a fair trade in value for my car (unlike other dealerships where i needed to haggle with them). They were receptive of negotiating. With this they agreed to include the windshield replacement because of rock chips as part of the price. When i pointed out that the mats and cargo roller was missing vs the pictures, they realized that these were put back into an other eqs after detailing that was already sold. Without hesitation they offered to order the replacement parts for me. Overall very satisfied and would return again! I also like that cars are stored inside and instead of rotting in the sun.”
