Quick action taken as it relates to getting the vehicle I selected. I submitted my request on Tuesday after 6:30 PM. They close at 7 PM. First thing the next morning, I received a call. Everything was a go. When I arrived at the dealership, all of my paperwork was ready for me, my vehicle was already pulled curbside to test-drive. The experience was stellar. “nearly dealer auction price with all the undisclosed problems you'd expect from the auction still remaining. fancy building doesn't replace integrity. bought sight-unseen from out of state. -good, the price -bad, not completely honest about problems, car was not vacuumed at all, full of dog hair/smell, greasy finger prints all over headliner. tape holding steering wheel trim on. rear wiper didn't work (just needed a relay) buying off a lot, you expect it to at least be clean. this was used as a shop car/personal car for the year it was in their possession and they didn't spend 100 bucks to fix simple stuff. car only has 75k on it and ive had better condition 200k car buying experiences. this could have been a 5 star review if they had disclosed condition and problems. the price was good enough to forgive most of it. im not as upset about the car as i am their lack of integrity.”
