“Called & left voicemails for 3 people 10 times over 5 days before I heard back on a request for a repair estimate. By that time I had contacted another mazda dealer 30 minutes further away (who not only answered on the first try but had a quote and a schedule all in one day). This one kept telling me the person in the service dept was the only person working it, sounds like you need some more ppl in there. My car is within 5 minutes of your location but I need someone reliable and responsive.”

“WOW JUST WOW! I have never had such a great experience shopping for a vehicle. I will always come back to moon township Mazda. I will also make sure my family and friends come here as well. Amazing experience from the time I walked in the door, to getting greeted by Mike Killen. He asked what I wanted in a car, and helped me get exactly what it was that I wanted! He is extremely knowledgeable and makes the whole ordeal personable. The finance process was also very easy and quick! I walked out in my brand new Mazda the same day!”

“Took my 2020 Mazda3 here for the first time to get some service done. That being a wheel alignment, oil change, and inspection. I get the vibe that this place prioritizes their Hyundai customers more and it’s unfortunate. I added a star because your service staff was friendly.
This place is pretty small. The Hyundai portion takes the majority of the property which confused me a bit. A staff member led me to where I needed to go though and all was well. My service was done after about an hour of waiting and I ended up waiting yet another hour and a half to get my car back.
While the Hyundai customers had their cars dropped right back off to them inside the drop off area, I was handed my keys and told the car was left outside and I can get it there (in the middle of a snow shower I might add). Whatever, I can walk.
What really rubbed me the wrong way is that your service department left a dirty OBD scanner in my car, along with greasy fingerprints and residue on my window from the inspection sticker replacement. My service interval was not reset either. Had to clean the residue and grease myself in the cold once I got back home. I’m not a nitpicking person but this didn’t feel right at all after I spent $$$ on service. It wasn’t even a particularly busy morning either.”
