“So I bought a new to me 2023 Tacoma with 48k miles and it hit 53k so I did my own oil change and when I bought the truck they had just had it all done. I got it in January and it was due this weekend. So I get the oil and the filter and the oil filter housing was on so tight it took a half inch impact to come off and the housing cracked because someone put it on way to tight. So I called the dealer and they all say we are very sorry but there is nothing we can do. They told me they did the last oil change on the truck but won’t stand behind behind their work I will not be back for any maintenance ever and it took 90 mins to rotate 4 tires when I took it to them. To spend a lot of money on a truck the service department leaves a lot to be desired. Unless its warranty work I will not be back.”
