“I had a very disappointing experience purchasing my car here. I was verbally quoted about $19,445 out-the-door for the vehicle. Based on that price, I agreed to move forward and put down an $8,000 certified check. When I went to sign the paperwork, I was rushed through the documents and told to just sign without a clear explanation of the added charges. After reviewing the contract later, I realized the total cash price had jumped to over $27,000 due to added fees and a $4,000 service contract that was never clearly explained to me as optional. This resulted in me financing about $19,400 with a $500 monthly payment, which is completely different from the deal that was originally presented to me. I take responsibility for signing, but customers should not feel rushed or misled when making a major financial decision. Transparency matters, especially when someone is trusting a dealership with thousands of dollars. I recommend future buyers carefully review every line of their contract and ask for a full out-the-door breakdown in writing before signing anything.josue was my salesman”
