“I’ve been screwed by them twice now. My wife’s motor mounts on her Jeep grand Cherokee L went out I brought it in under warranty they said they would have to charge me to look at it further “because they couldn’t replicate the noise”. I was just under my 60k miles warranty period and after driving for awhile thinking it wasn’t really the motor mounts I ended up paying out of pocket to fix just that.
Now I brought my Ecodiesel in for a recall on the fuel pump. They didn’t replace anything else relating to the recall just the pump itself I called FCA the ticket pays for all those parts while you the customer doesn’t get those parts.
DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM JOHN MORLAN!”

“John Morlan seriously takes the best care of his customers. After purchasing a vehicle from his preowned center, there were some issues with the vehicle that were unforeseen by myself and dealership. John personally took care of our family by not only fixing the issues with our preowned purchase but by also going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed during the process. He honestly cares about his customers. There were many times during the process that I actually cried at his genuine kindness that he showed our family. Buying a preowned vehicle can be a risk, but buying from John Morlan is not because he will take care of his customers.”
