“Thanks for wasting my time. I have been taking my car here for routine service since I bought it from them. Lately the car developed a leak & I asked them to take a look at it which they agreed to do in 2 weeks. They, however, neglected to mention that they had no intention of repairing it because it’s a European car & none of their techs will work on them. They did give me the name of a local shop who can work on it, but only after I paid them for their inconclusive test. Why not just tell me upfront that you won’t be able to do it & send me elsewhere at that point instead of making me wait 2 weeks for a useless appointment after which I have to wait another 8 days to get it in at the place who can work on it?? Scam artists here.”

“We bought a used car from them. The car always ran on the hotter side. 4,500 miles later it's overheating everytime you start it. We went to the dealership and told them the situation. Before anything we took the vehicle to several well known mechanics in the area and they all diagnosed it as a bad head gasket. They also informed me that it had a new water pump installed and what appeared to be "stop leak" in the cooling system. They explained to me that the car had been "patched" to make it out the door. We took the car back to the dealership and they told us it was just a water pump and gave a very high estimate on replacing it. So when we replaced the water pump imagine that, IT STILL OVERHEATS IMMEDIATELY. The dealership doesnt want to help at all. I was told my several family members and reputable mechanics not to buy a vehicle fr JP Sides Mazda. I guess they were right in their assessment of the dealership. As a 17 year old kid I just wanted to get ahead in life with a nice vehicle that I was paying for on my own. Now I'm at a loss.”
