“Sales were great and pricing was great. Then I got a new vehicle with a dent and a paint scratch and they refused to fix the paint scratch. After waiting a long time they offered $200 for me to get fixed myself and a week later I don't have the check. Also is 16 days since I traded in my vehicle and it isn't paid off and collections keeps calling. Sales was great though. Delivered vehicle to me for a test drive and for delivery. Dustin from Finance was great as well. And great price too. Post sale is a different story though”

“I bought a new pathfinder yesterday at Mears. I cannot say enough good things about Michael. He was very thorough on explaining everything on the vehicle. He made the whole process quick,painless and easy. We will definitely be back for future purchases with him.”

“Bought two cars here. Both good experiences, John the sales manager really gave me a great impression on my first purchase. Received a mailer stating I won a prize, showed up to find out this is some sort of scam. I asked to talk to John and the sales guy told me he’s too busy to talk to me. John, maybe you should value your customers. Owner of this store should lose their franchise for these kinds of tactics. I will be taking my business to Fred Martin. Buyer beware!”

“Promo mailers showing a matching prize code next to $1000 gift cards, (45787), with 3 other random codes next to other prizes. However, when you go in they check the “confirmation code” and hand you a $2 Bluetooth speaker. I had no desire for a Nissan before, and I definitely don’t now.”

“Big up to Mears Nissan. Salesperson Heath and Finance Manager Dustin were absolutely exceptional. I have experience in the industry, but, have a close friend who wanted a very specific car, doesn’t have A+ credit, and doesn’t have experience buying or selling cars. So, I drove several hours, and took him to Mears to see a unit. Heath was incredibly kind, not pushy, took us seriously and let us really drive the car & experience it on the test. Washed up and parked in the carport for us as soon as we had an agreement while we figured out financing with Dustin, who worked with myself/us throughout the entire process to get the somewhat unconventional terms I knew he needed to proceed comfortably. Dustin went out of his way to try every dumb financial suggestion I made & see what he could do for us with some creativity. Car dealerships are, frankly, car dealerships. They’re businesses, they need to make money. Cars are also, frankly, just expensive now. But we got him the car of his dreams for a very fair price, and were treated with exceptional fairness & politeness the entire time. That’s how you sell a car, and that’s how you retain customers. These guys are kind, helpful folks who will get you on the road. Can’t recommend enough, above and beyond. Thank you so much again!”
