“Great experience. I found a car I wanted, and they offered it at a great price. There are lots of car dealers who do that. Here's the difference: I wanted heated seats installed. Mike said he could do that. They sent the car to an independent installer. Turns out the installer put the fuse in the wrong place. The day after I picked up the car, the battery was completely dead. Mike drove 35 minutes to my house to get the car started. He then gave me his personal truck to drive to my evening job while he took my car back to the shop to figure out the problem. Once the problem was taken care of, he drove out to where I was working with my car - this is way after closing time, mind you - to make sure I had the car in good working condition. That kind of service and attention to customer care is what sets Evans Automotive apart from the big dealers. I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a good quality used vehicle at a fair price.”

“Andrea and and Cameron are two of the worst people trying to get me lending on a vehicle. Its an absolute shame. I did apply and they said they would get back to me only to be blown off and ignored. I did call back and I did get Cameron when I asked for Andrea he hung up on me. So I guess there was something that I did not tell them, I have bad credit and credit challenges but I also have a $30,000 Roth IRA 401k account that I will be breaking in order to get a vehicle. I wanted there help they tend to pick and choose who they help and thats just simply not fair. Stay away from these folks, there are better places out there and then when I was there meeting Cameron he was swearing hes a real winner huh. Well anyways im truly happy to know that they cannot help me. I will be breaking my 401K to get a vehicle and I have 30,000 bucks to use towards a larger down payment shame that Cameron and Andrea didn't care less believe the negative reviews they are truthful. I could never reach back out to these folks who have treated me so poorly so nah im good.”

Evans went above and beyond for me. The situation itself and them being so amazing it literally made me cry.
