I reached out to see if the car was available and she had it ready for a test drive when we arrived. She assisted us through the entire process; test drive, insurance and financing. While we were finishing up the financing she had the car washed/detailed, then she explained all the features, hooked up the phone, etc., before we drove it home. Chris Morris in Financing was great as well. Informative, but not aggressive. As we were walking to the car, everyone in the dealership congratulated us, knowing this was a big purchase for us. We came from Gaithersburg and it was worth the drive. I did lots of online research and Passport had the best price for the car we wanted. And an unexpected bonus, they gave me a military discount as well.”
