“I recently purchased a car from Passport Mazda. While the sales people did follow up with me they were not pushy. The actual purchase of the car was quicker than I expected although it did still take a couple of hours. Everyone was friendly to work with and answered all of my questions. It was a good car buying experience.”

“I had a great experience working with my sales agent Anthony, he was kind and patient and addressed all my concerns prior to the purchase. He responded to my calls and emails in a timely manner even on his off days and I really appreciated his professionalism. Everyone else was also welcoming and hospitable. An overall great experience.”

“I bought a 2025 Mazda CX5 in December 2025. I worked with Carlos, Tonya and the GM of the dealership. After 2+ months, there are still outstanding questions related to my purchase. This dealership seemed to have not filed certain paperwork, definitely not in a timely manner, and they could have never filed it at all with the DMV.
Each time I ask Carlos, Tonya or the GM for an update - they say “I will check” and then never get back to me.
The temp tags are expiring in a few days, no new tags have been sent, questions never answered which will now lead me to be unable to drive my new car or park near my home.
Additionally, there was a cap missing on the back of the car as well as an additional feature which was agreed upon. They have yet to address those items.
I also left a personal item in my trade in car, by mistake, and Carlos said he would mail it to me. I have not received it and assume I never will since it is 2+ months later.
The car itself is fine but this location has had horrible customer service. I wish I had made the purchase elsewhere so I wouldn’t have had to deal with missing items, missing/expired temporary tags - leading me to get parking tickets.”

“Passport Mazda exceeded my expectations. Sean, the service technician, provided updates on my vehicle repairs. Arrangements were also made with the Enterprise car rental company. Enterprise car rental also provided a 5-star experience. In addition, I would like to thank the mechanic who replaced my trunk, sanded, painted, and restored my car to its original state. Thanks, Mazda Passport. This was an excellent job and experience!

“I have purchased my 4th Mazda from Passport. First of all, Mazdas are superior vehicles. I absolutely love my Mazdas. Secondly, the customer service at Mazda is second to none, top notch. I have worked with Tonya Mickey for the last 5 years. She is the BEST sales professional o have ever worked with, and I have purchased numerous vehicles throughout my lifetime. This week, Carlos Creamer, Sales Manager, worked his magic for both me and my spouse. Once again, we have walked out of the dealership with two brand new Mazdas, happy as two clams. We are thankful to Passport and their team of professionals. We will go back to see Tonya, Carlos, and Earl for our next Mazdas in a couple of years. Way to go Passport. You have loyal customers for life. By the way, you should give those three a raise…just saying.
