β€œIt's pretty shady to send ads disguised as tax refunds all to promote a sale. Customer service was no help in getting me off the mailing list (that I never signed up for, nor even live in Cumming anymore) and ended the chat right away. I hope you find a new way to get potential customers to open mailed ads that doesn't involve tricking me into thinking it's my tax refund. Looked legit enough to get marked audited delivery from USPS.”

β€œ1 Star – Not Recommended I would not recommend the service department here. It took 3 hours just for a software recall β€” an unreasonable wait for something that should be straightforward. To make matters worse, they didn’t even offer a complimentary car wash. When I asked, the staff complained that the water lines were frozen β€” at 11:30 AM on a sunny day with warm weather. The front desk team was unprofessional overall. I expected much better from a dealership service center.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ Hi Robert, Thank you for responding. A 3-hour wait for a software recall is unacceptable β€” that should be a quick, streamlined process. On top of that, being told the car wash couldn't be done because of frozen water lines at 11:30 AM on a warm, sunny day felt like an excuse rather than a real explanation. The front desk team's overall work didn't reflect the level of professionalism I'd expect from a dealership service center. I'd encourage you to look into improving the efficiency of recall appointments and ensuring your front desk staff are more customer-focused. That would go a long way toward a better experience for everyone. Thank you.”

β€œSTAY AWAY FROM THIS Hyundai SERVICE CENTER IN CUMMING. Hidden prices and charges in the name of taxes and fees. Have you ever heard of $92 tax and fees on a $300 bill? They can charge you… I am not sure about the service they did because it will be done in their service center, like elsewhere, my bad experience is with their billing. I received an email to book an oil change which was due on my car. I booked an appointment and the system said total bill is $140 giving some discount and my bill will be $130. I remember tire rotation was also added to this, but once I booked the appointment it did not give me the price or service details, so I will leave the tire rotation service. I reached at 9:00 am to the service for an 8:45 am appointment, the advisor offered me couple of additions and I just took brake fluid change and oil change and tire rotation. The actual price is $130 for oil change on their card, but when I booked the service, it showed me like it is giving a discount from the $140 to $130. This is my 1st bad surprise. With all the agreed services the total bill came to around $339 without taxes. After nearly 4 hrs waiting in the center, I saw my car was ready and asked them to complete the paper work. So here comes another surprise, I had a coupon for 10% on service sent by the center itself, so I had asked it to be applied to my bill, I was told it will not be applied to the taxes and fees, I thought that is fine because it might be another few bucks, but on a $339 bill with 10% discount applied the bill came around $305 something, then I was told I need to pay $392. I was shocked. I asked for details of that extra $90, I was told I need to pay $69.99 environmental fees for disposing the old oil and brake fluid, I pay $12 every month for garbage pick up at my home. I did a tire change few days back in Rick case Hyundai in Roswell, I paid only for the tires and may be labor, I did not know that oil and brake fluid disposal is so costly, then there is a doc fee for $10 and, all these in misc charges around $75, I looked at the full invoice, part is $100, labor cost is $235, taxes another $11. I went back and checked my previous invoices from Rick case and also from the same center few months back, Rick case never had environmental charges, this same center in my last service charged $10 for environmental for a bill around $165, how would they charge $69.99 for a bill of $300. This is really bad, I had to pay the bill at the end unhappily, I tried explaining and also showed the previous bills, they had no ear to listen and kept saying it’s a different center, even I showed their own center bill from last visit, they said it’s a different service, it is same service. Added the bills also to this post. Lastly they said they washed the car, with so many spots on the car. Such a horrible experience paying for something you did not receive. I felt this is looting.”

β€œKatherine was so kind and down to earth but knew her job , had all the answers to my questions, and if she didn’t know she went and figured it out and found the info for me.made the car buying that is so annoying dealing with care salesman, she made more tolerable . I recommend her 10x times over , Great attention to detail and just overall pleasant and kind .”
