“I’m not one to post but let me start. When I got my JK after my dad passed I took the jeep to Don Jackson, I put a hard top on it which was good, they had to replace the head casket seal and oil change. Went back for another oil change awhile later and they said I needed a new radiator and hoses so they did that. Well me and my wife just got back from the mountains with about 500 miles put on the jeep and I was going to get the oil changed but it seemed that every time I take it to Don Jackson they find something that is not cheap that “needs” to be fixed but I thought I would give them another chance. After they did the oil change here they come with something that needs to be fixed Oh Boy what is it this time, they say my radiator is leaking and needs a new one, I told the lady y'all just put a new one in 14 months ago and she’s like did we, I said pull my services up and she said we did didn’t we. I told her it should be under warranty, so she looked and said you are 2 months over the warranty, imagine that. Needless to say they will not cover it and on top of that they say I need a front crank seal and harmonic balancer 595.00, also I need an upper oil pan 1,133.70 and the radiator replacement and thermostat and thermostat housing 1,933.70. 3,662.50 with labor. They must not be selling any cars but they are making up for it back in the shop. My second opinion I got, everything was fine. I’m writing this because I feel so bad for the women who go in there for an oil change and get taken for a ride with their check book. I have tried to give them several chances but it’s always the same thing, I can drop another motor in for 3,000.00 more. I do not have any leaks, if you new me you know I keep up with my things, my jeep is a 2008 and it looks like an 2018 or better.”

My salesperson Horacio Vazquez was nothing less of GREAT he is very responsive, and he made sure my Jeep Wrangler was detailed before it left the lot which was very important to me. He took my calls every time and he is not a pushy car salesman but he gets the Job done in a transparent way. Then the Finance Guy Luis is very professional and he is also very customer friendly and respectful, Even though I drove a hour to get to the dealership from downtown Atlanta I would do it again and again for the superb customer service I received from this great team.”

“I came here for my first oil change and recalls on my vehicle. This is the first time being at a Jeep/Dodge dealership so I wasn’t sure what to expect. I made my appointment online to make sure they had adequate time to work on my vehicle. There wasn’t many people working on a Saturday but unfortunately due to my work schedule, I had to make my appointment online on a Saturday. I made my service appointment with Carly who was super friendly upon check in. She told me it would be approximately 2 hours. I was like no problem. The waiting area inside was nice and big. There were TVs, coffee, cold bottled waters, and some fresh popped popcorn. There was color books, toy cars, and etc for the little kids. Bathrooms were clean. I checked out the showroom had a nice variety of cars there. The sales employees were friendly and asked me if I needed help. A super friendly master technician offered to give my little kid ice cream which made his day! We spoke and he was super knowledgeable and nice. By this time, Carly came to tell me that my car was ready. It was actually finished a lot faster than I expected. They were running oil change specials where you can get them like for 3 for $200 or 2 for $145. Great prices for oil changes. I had a super great first experience here and can’t wait to come back again. I definitely recommend this dealership if you need to bring your Dodge/Jeep/Chrysler/Ram to get serviced!”
