The dealership's position was that the transportation company must have caused the windshield damage. While I find that explanation questionable, I am willing to acknowledge that it is possible the driver could have noticed the damage and attempted a repair. However, there is no reasonable explanation for the undisclosed scratches on the glove box or the stains on the headliner. Those issues clearly existed before delivery and should have been disclosed when I specifically asked about the vehicle's condition. What is most disappointing is not the condition issues themselves. No used vehicle is perfect. The problem is that I relied on the dealership's representations when purchasing a vehicle sight unseen. Had these issues been disclosed upfront, I could have made an informed decision or negotiated accordingly. Instead, I was assured the vehicle was in exceptional condition, only to discover multiple undisclosed defects upon arrival. When I raised my concerns, I was met with excuses rather than solutions. I expected honesty, transparency, and accountability from a dealership of this size. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of those expectations. Based on my experience, I would strongly encourage anyone purchasing a vehicle remotely from Don Jackson North to request detailed photos and videos of every area of the vehicle and obtain written confirmation regarding any cosmetic defects before completing the purchase.

Eric Palmer was awesome to work with! He helped my husband with purchasing his truck and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Purchased this vehicle on 2-20-2026! Grant and Eric went above and beyond to make this deal work for us. We’ve been looking for a Durango spec’d like this one all over the country and it’s honestly very surprising that there weren’t any. Once we found this one that was relatively close, it was perfect and we drove down there only to get half way down and Eric called me to tell me that there was a mixup and some miscommunication and the auction came and picked up the vehicle. We were devastated and crushed and went to another dealership that same day. As we were talking with the other dealer, Eric calls back and lets us know that they stopped the vehicle from going through the auction and we’re going to be getting it back the following Monday. For the inconvenience of us driving the 8 hour round trip, they delivered the vehicle to us absolutely free of charge! Would definitely do business with them again! We love our new Durango! Massive thank you to Grant, Eric and the entire Don Jackson team!!

Snatched a truck up from this dealership before the photos were even posted online. This sounds dramatic, but we are so thankful we went by this dealership. We hunted for a good used truck for about eight months and found nothing but potential issues. When we finally went to Don Jackson, we immediately knew we were looking at the best truck we had seen. We went for it. They worked with us on the price and we got a heck of a deal and low mileage. A few months down the road and NO ISSUES AT ALL. Still can't believe what a steal we got on this bad boy..

This dealer has the best price. I searched information from the website and compared the price. Then I made an appointment with Brogan. When I showed my driving license to him, he was shocked. He told me he lived the same house 9 years ago. OMG, it is like lottery. I have never thought we would meet each other. He is a patient sales representative and helped me with the price I want. Compared with another dealer I purchased for my company's cars he is a great salesman with honesty and think for customers. I like Pacifica much more than Sienna. I used my Sienna to trade in with him. Pacifica has more power and comfortable suspension. More importantly, the seat can put under the floor and make the floor flat so we can put more product. Last but not least, the price is much better than Sienna. All in all, this is a great experience, and I would refer Brogan to everyone. I will buy more cars from him if the company I work needs.
