“Just sold our car here. Got an online offer online that was competitive. Washed the car and cleaned it inside and out. Booked an appointment. Showed up, and went through the process and was given the full amount of the offer after the appraisal. Got a free Lyft ride home. After having sold cars privately before dealing with tire kickers and low ballers its just not worth the hassle for the tiny bit extra you would get. This was convenient and the total time from arriving to leaving was a little over an hour. Unfortunately I didn't get the name of my associate but he was transparent and pleasant to deal with. I would sell my car again through Carmax.”
