“I recently purchased a vehicle at Northlake Auto and was met by Ryan, Justin, and Michah. They were great and efficient with helping me purchase my vehicle! I would highly, highly recommend Northlake Auto due to the outstanding professionalism I was met with. Purchasing a vehicle is never easy but the three of these gentlemen helped make this process smooth and easy! Not only do they have a great selection of vehicles but they also are honest and have the best prices around when it comes to new and used vehicles.”

“Do not buy a car from this dealership. They are selling lemons. 🍋🍋My son bought a car from them right before Thanksgiving. He started having small issues with it almost immediately and less than 3 months later It's now in the shop and they say it needs a new motor that's going to cost $8,000. Just because a car dealership sells cars as is, with no warranty, does not mean they have the right to sell bad cars that don't even last 3 months. When my son contacted the owner the only thing he could offer is " maybe I can help you find a shop that will charge you a cheaper price ", excuse me sir you sold us a lemon and that's all you can offer. He then stopped communicating with my son all together. I will be pursuing legal action. I have seen so many negative reviews written on this dealership I have no earthly Idea how they have a 4.7 rating. If zero stars was an option I would have given them that so instead I only gave them one.”

Buying a car from this company started off rocky. Not long after the purchase, we had a blowout on the interstate and were stranded on the side of the road for four hours. The very next day, one of the tie rods popped, leaving the car undrivable.
As soon as we contacted the dealership, the owner personally reached out to us to make things right and covered 100% of the cost. He had the car towed to one of their shops and got it fixed for us. At the time, we were in a tough financial situation with no transportation, and he even offered to help with a rental car.
The owner is genuinely a good person. Anytime we had questions or concerns about the vehicle—whether it was about the repairs or the timeline—he never hesitated to answer our calls. He even went out to the shop himself to make sure the work was moving along so we could get the car back as soon as possible.
Now that we have the car back, I couldn’t be happier. It runs perfectly and looks beautiful. This dealership is not like the big car lots that just write you off after the sale. Micah stood by his word and stood by his product to make sure we had the best experience possible. For that, I am truly grateful. Thank you. I would definitely say use these guys!!!!

The customer service was terrible from start to finish. They refuse to negotiate on pricing, and it’s clear they care more about making a dollar than taking care of the customer. The price listed on their website is misleading — it only applies if you finance through them, and if you choose your own bank, they jack the price up. When I asked if that was even legal, the salesperson shrugged and said, “It would just be a petty lawsuit anyway.”
We were at the dealership for over six hours, trying to work a deal that clearly wasn’t in our favor. I repeatedly asked to speak to the finance guy in the back, and he never came to talk to us. Eventually, I secured my own financing and brought them the check — even then, we had to wait another hour and a half just to finalize everything.
Before leaving, I noticed the tires were dangerously worn and asked if they could at least replace them. I was told “no, it is what it is” because the car was being sold as-is.
Sure enough, shortly after leaving, we had a blowout on the interstate. We were stranded on the side of the road for four hours waiting on a tow truck. I tried calling Northlake Auto — no answer. I called the finance guy’s personal number — no answer, voicemail. I even sent a photo and text message to let him know what happened and how poorly we were treated. No response.
This place is the definition of bad service, bad attitude, and bad business. It’s a “take it or leave it” kind of operation, and once the deal is done, you’re on your own. I would absolutely not recommend doing business with them.”
