“Went in for a oil service appointment and dropped my car off at noon. When I came to pick my car up after 5pm I was told the car was outside and ready to go. I paid and took my keys only to find the cabin air filter cover just sitting on my dash. I informed the service writers and installed it myself. On the way home my protective plate under my engine fell down damaging it. I had to pull on side of the interstate during rush hour. When I contacted the service department and told them about my situation they told me to get under the car and pull the plate from under the car myself with no tools. Not only would I never let them touch my car again but I wouldn't recommend anybody else go to Honda Covington service department.”
