“I would not recommend Brad’s Chevrolet based on my experience purchasing a Ram truck from them. After taking possession of the vehicle, I discovered it appeared to be behind on basic scheduled maintenance. The engine air filter looked like it had not been replaced in a very long time, raising concerns about how well the vehicle had been inspected or serviced prior to sale. During the final paperwork process, the dealership misplaced the second set of keys, which I never received. The dealership also included complimentary oil changes for the first year. However, after my first oil change appointment, the underside of the truck was completely covered in used oil residue, and no effort was made to clean it before returning the vehicle to me. In addition, the vehicle cleanliness at delivery was unacceptable. The back seat area was covered in dog hair, there was trash left in the center seat compartment, and I even found a pack of Zyns underneath the rear seat. Overall, it gave the impression that the vehicle was either never properly detailed before delivery or may have been used by an employee without being cleaned afterward. The entire experience reflected a lack of attention to detail and poor quality control, especially for a dealership sale. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this dealership based on the condition the vehicle was delivered in and the service I received afterward.”
