“The sales team was spectacular. They took the time to understand my concerns, listened carefully to what I was looking for, and ultimately guided me to the right car. That part of the experience was excellent. Unfortunately, that’s where the positive experience ended. While the car itself has only minor issues, Apple CarPlay does not function properly and consistently crashes. When I brought the vehicle in for service, I was told this was an Audi collection issue and that there was no available fix, which was disappointing. Additionally, there is a latch that intermittently gets stuck, so the car had to be kept for service. I scheduled my appointment three weeks in advance and expected a loaner vehicle, but none was available. Instead, I was provided an Uber ride and directed to Enterprise, which added unnecessary inconvenience. Upon arrival, the service interaction felt dismissive and, at times, unprofessional, which was surprising given my expectations. In the past, my service experiences have been efficient, respectful, and professional. Unfortunately, this visit did not meet that standard, and based on this experience, I would not feel confident returning here for future service. I truly expected a higher level of care and consistency, especially coming from a premium brand.”
