“Just a quick review in regard to my experience with John Jones. I love my Jeep and I have settled with the idea that I got the one I was supposed to have. However, since my purchase I went and refinanced the Jeep from a 10% interest rate to 3.75 saving over $7,500 dollars and taking a year off of my loan. Here is the kicker to all of that, my payment didn't change from what I agreed to at the dealership. So ultimately with the rate I currently have I would have been able to purchase a brand new Jeep of which you continued to tell me that wasn't possible. I also paid for a service and signed power of attorney paperwork for you to deal with the title, and got not just one call, but three frantic calls for me to call and release the paperwork. This was not the car buying experience anyone should go through. I wish you all the best and hope that John Jones and yourself improve your ethical practices for the next customer that walks in the door. Respectfully”
