“I had my vehicle in for three issues one customer pay, which was a transmission service they were able to do. The other was a coolant leak and an oil leak which they apparently couldn’t find. I had to take it to another dealer to get it fixed and the problem was a known problem and had a service bulletin, which every Ford dealer Is able to retrieve from FordI feel like I was ripped off and the Ford warranty is worthless. I would suggest you find another dealer elsewhere. Or buy from another manufacturer. I would never go back to Mark Thomas ford”
