We’ve worked with Clint multiple times now, and every experience has been excellent. My husband and I truly appreciate how knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely pleasant he is to work with. He takes the time to explain things clearly, answers our questions thoroughly, and makes sure we both feel confident in the decisions we’re making. What stands out most is that he truly cares, not just about doing his job well, but about the customer experience. That level of service is rare and very appreciated. We’re grateful to have him as our service advisor.

Service department was great! They were friendly and prompt. They took care of my warranty service, fixed some internal rattling issues and washed my car. The only negative I noticed was that my car was returned to me with muddy floor mats on the driver’s side front and rear - way filthier than when I brought the car in for service.

Unfortunately... I bought my 2022 Outback Wilderness at Bert Ogden in Edinburgh TX, what a RIPOFF,(Bunch of crooks) They did not live up to expectations. Hicks however, a whole new world in comparison, they dont overcharge me, the staff is courteous and professional. I simply cannot wait to buy my new Subaru (when needed) from Hicks. Just waiting on a new model, and I'm gonna throw my $Money$ at 'em!

From the moment we walked into the building we were greeted with so many friendly faces. KC was our sales person and she was amazing. Trina put the deal together and Amanda worked on the financing! Together they made a great team. I would highly recommend working with anyone at Hickl‘s Family Subaru.

Upon arriving I was happily greeted by Raymond Orona who was going to be my salesman for my time there. I informed him I was there for a specific trim and color and he pointed me in the right direction. He was very knowledgeable on the vehicle and answered every question I had. Purchasing a car is already stressful and he made sure to not apply any unnecessary pressure. I truly felt like I was in charge of the negotiating, as it should be. The customer definitely comes first at Hicks Subaru. The negotiating process was fairly quick and smooth. I was off the lot in my brand new Wilderness edition in no time. 10/10 would recommend this dealer and car to anyone.
