“I never write reviews, but this has been by far the worst service experience I have ever had with any vehicle. Even escalating the issue to the service manager did not resolve anything. I made an appointment on January 19 for a check engine light. What I was not told is that an “appointment” at this service department means your vehicle can sit for days without being looked at. This was not the first time this exact situation occurred, yet I still gave them another chance. I also have an extended warranty that includes a loaner vehicle, and at no point was I offered one. My truck then sat due to a parts delay, which I understand can happen. However, once the parts arrived, I was told they were working on another vehicle instead—forcing me to wait yet again with no clear timeline or explanation. There is a complete lack of transparency, communication, and accountability in this service department. Customers are left in the dark while their vehicles sit untouched. This experience has cost me time, money, and unnecessary frustration. I do not recommend Lithia Calallen for vehicle service. I will not return, and I strongly caution others to think twice before trusting this service department.”

Careful review of the entire vehicle package, from warranty, included apps and features, and operation gave us confidence in our choices and purchase. This is not just another car dealership, this is an American made, down home, Texas done right business. Don't sell yourself short with gimmicks, vending machines, and online maybes. He listened to what was important to me as far as needs and budget. At no point was he pushy or trying to rush me into anything. (being in sales Industry myself this is huge). The Finance Manager Sal Riojas was professional and patient to make sure that I was provided the best warranties, etc. Go visit them when you’re needing a vehicle, they will take great care of you. “I went to purchase a fairly inexpensive used vehicle, and my salesman, Mikey, was very kind and accommodating. I felt like I was treated as if I were buying a high-end luxury vehicle. The finance manager, Sal, was also great. I never felt pushed or over-promised, and we worked together to reach a great deal. I highly recommend CDJR. If the buying experience isn’t what you expect, ask for Mikey. If the financing deal isn’t quite right, ask for Sal.”
