“The sales portion of this business goes smoothly, but then the service after the sale sucks. Trying to reach anyone in the business office is impossible. Sold my car a month ago and have been trying to cancel the MaxCare for a month - no call-backs, no answering, NO CARE from these unprofessionals.”

“I’m actually very disappointed in this dealership the type of service that I have received and the quality of my vehicle that I purchased is very upsetting. Carmax is a joke. They lied to you just to get you to buy a car. They promise you all these things and then once you sign on the dotted line, I will never ever use CarMax ever again the way that they handle issues is a joke. The amount of money I spent on a vehicle to get the type of vehicle that I got I was lied to about issues. I was lied to about reports they owed me a full paint correction because there was major overspray all over the entire car and all they did was use somebody they “know” And all that guy did was damage my paint on my entire vehicle. I have paint peeling and flaking and destroyed because they tried to cut corners and say they’re gonna take care of the customer, but in fact, all they did was do the bare minimum. Carmax is a joke. I have reached out and was promised to hear back from a manager And go figure that phone call never happened. Carmax has got to be the next drive time with the way that they treat customers and how they handle situations. Buyer beware do not shop here.!!!!”

She got a super deal, with seriously outstanding customer service! Nathan was so accommodating. We popped up with a last minute schedule change and were pretty picky , and he was so kind, gave us such grace and made it all just fun! Exceptional, across the board.”
