“This BMW lacks severe knowledge if their products. I bought my wife an X5 Feb of last year and come to find out not only did they purposely withhold information about only having one key fob until everything was signed and promise to track down previous owner to retrieve the key fob. Which that never happened. They also didn’t mention that we were entitled to receive the digital key cards that are supposed to come with the vehicle. My wife just found out about this from the Momentum dealership in Houston (highly recommend them). Honestly we wouldn't have bought the car if we knew upfront about the key fob but to make a sale they convinced us that they would get the key fob from the previous owner. Found out the hard way that; that was simply a stall tactic. She cannot even use some of the features on the car because of only having one key fob. But oh they would be happy to make us pay 600 bucks for a new one plus 250 for the key cards. I had my wife call and see what could be done. Let's just say she is still waiting for a call back. Buy your Bimmers out of town folks. Don't waste your hard earned money on a dealership that doesn't care about customer service. They experience was disappointing.”
