I Took my Palisade into Hyundai to have my first maintenance visit. Everything went smooth, and my car was returned to me on a timely basis after they did the oil change and the inspection. Additionally I had a slow leak in my back tire that they discovered was made by a nail in tire. The damage was significant so they were able to replace my tire under my warranty. I was very pleased with the service.

Mark the salesman is wonderful in helping us get the deal done! He was very knowledgeable & his patience was much appreciated when it came to helping us decide on which vehicle was the best for our family needs. Marissa in finance was great in explaining everything we needed to do. Dealership was also very nice & clean. Highly recommend.

Bought a used vehicle in Oct 2025 - Overall sales deal was OK, and they were fair on trade $. After owning the vehicle for 1 month, we opened the sunroof and realized it had a loud clunk sound when closing. We brought it to the dealership in November to have them look at it. It was determined it had to be replaced. We scheduled it for Dec 2025. Preston in service dept said it would take approx two weeks to complete (a 3rd party was going to do the work). We dropped it off for service after Xmas on DEC 29th thinking we'd have it back by mid-January (they did provide a loaner car). After several (3+)weeks went by, with zero communication from them, I called in and they said they were waiting on a back-ordered part from Hyundai...and they had NO ETA when they would get it. After that, I called in weekly for updates - (again, zero calls from them to me). I was going on almost 2 MONTHS of not having my car and no hint of it being completed. One final call, and they said the part had finally come in, BUT they had TWO other vehicles ahead of mine!?!? I went into to dealership and talked to the sales manager, and asked if we could just get a different vehicle because I was sick of the runaround. They said they couldn't reverse the deal since we had titled the vehicle in our name, but they would 'work with us' on something else. I had purchased a Santa Fe (w/top trim package) for $29k in OCT, and they were showing me Tucson's (smaller vehicle) with few options - AND they only offered me $26k trade for the SF which I just purchased from them for $29K. That was their idea of 'working with me'!?!?! After I left defeated, they called and promised me my car would be done within the next two days. Two days went by, nothing. I called and they said it was done, but had to be picked up from the (3rd party) shop. I said I would be over the next day over my lunch hour and Preston said he would have it ready. I went the next day, and they hadn't even picked up the car from them yet!!! I was livid! Had to go get it after work that day. I feel they could have improved their customer service by a) calling me with updates, b) giving me a better deal on a different vehicle, and c) offering to deliver my car and pick up the loaner so I didn't have to drive way over there again. They failed in so many ways. Beware if you have to service your vehicle there.

Had a great experience and interaction with the team at this location. They called me back as soon as I started the on-line process. The only company that did that. Which was awesome for the more personal interaction. Chris called set a appointment up to my convenience. Met Chris and he listened to what I was looking for and needed in all aspects of buying a vehicle. Then went to work showing me what they had or had access to. Worked with my budget and my process was smooth and painless. Tyler the finance manager is very good at what he does. Explained everything thoroughly and efficiently. Will definitely recommend to any first time buyers or anyone who is looking for a good person to person experience. Everyone I encountered there was polite and helpful. I will returning to this location for future purchases!

We just did a full ceramic tint on our customers new Hyundai. What a great machine, looks great. And our customer was on cloud 9 when they came to us. We put cherry on top, but what a great car. -Santos Tinting Solutions
