โ€œDO NOT GO HERE!! I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE!! Iโ€™ve only had my Dodge Journey for two months and Iโ€™ve already had to take it to service twice! Even when I first test drove the car, the tire was already flat and the back windshield wiper was only placed on because it came off as soon as I went through a car wash. After being told that most wear and tear on the car will be covered by the dealership within the first 60 days they lied and told me they never said that and said it was only 30 days. Itโ€™s hard getting in touch with them and when you finally do they put you on hold for more than 10 minutes and keep transferring you to a voicemail that canโ€™t even take voicemail messages because the box is full. My car has been in the shop for two weeks, after trying to notify finance that I need a couple more weeks to pay my car note (Mind you itโ€™s only been two weeks since my car note was due) theyโ€™re saying that theyโ€™re going to KEEP MY CAR until I pay my car note and this is after they hiked up the service price after telling me a completely different price! It hasnโ€™t even been 30 days!! This place is so janky and they really donโ€™t even care about the Customer at all, they care only about their sales and making money! I IMPLORE YOU, DO NOT GO HERE!!!โ€
