Salesmen Ryan a true pro. Knowledgeable, personable with great communication and listening skills. LN Hyundai has a nice level of inventory. Stop by and check them out. A very pleasant experience.”

“I'm not sure why when a customer says there is an issue the company decides there isn't one and brushes you off.
I clearly said during my initial intake there is in FACT a problem with my speakers. It's not a question of IF there is one. Rather than you guys asking me to pinpoint the issue you tell me the technicians do not see a problem. After wasting almost 4 hours of my life all I got was a pat on the back, a statement saying no issues were found and was sent on my way.
When I got in my car what was the first thing I heard? An issue with the speakers. AMAZING! This is the second time this has happened to me at Hyundai and it's starting to seem like you guys really don't care about resolving the issues with customers.
I went to a true audio shop to see what is going on and in SECONDS they stated oh yes the speakers are blown out and definitely need to be replaced. Like how hard was that? Definitely not taking my business to a place that really doesn't take the time to resolve or figure out issues that a customer comes to you with.
