“Spray painting the underside of rusted trucks and setting them out on the lot to be sold, and then saying oh well after its been purchased and the customer finds out. The truck needs some repairs, another ford dealer found the rust and said its so bad that the other parts cant be installed and no repairs can be done on it after they find the the whole underside of the truck is rusted out and a black coat has been sprayed to the underneath of the truck to hide the rust. Randy, the sales manager, said "Yeah we probably did do that. But you cant prove it" Real crooked salesman and customer service.”
