“Bought a truck from here back in November. The sales people were nice. Candidly, hard to make a reasonable deal with but finally came to an agreement. Service center - Had an issue with my truck and needed it addressed. Couldn’t get me in for a couple of weeks. Diagnostic Fee was very unreasonable (I get it, it’s a diesel which stands for double. But I told you exactly where the problem was coming from) asked if they heard of this issue before (described the results of the issue) All the certified diesel tech stated was we don’t know what to tell you but your truck needs to come in. I was transferred back to a lady to make an appointment. I said thank you but I have decided not to move forward with a appointment - I received a “whatever then” and she hung up….. I told another shop what was going on and they were able to diagnose the issue (over the phone actually) take it in, fix it and have the truck back to me same week. Runs better than when I bought it from Billy Cain truly. All that to say if you are a customer, watch yourself! Billy Cain staff, please treat others better.”

“Spray painting the underside of rusted trucks and setting them out on the lot to be sold, and then saying oh well after its been purchased and the customer finds out. The truck needs some repairs, another ford dealer found the rust and said its so bad that the other parts cant be installed and no repairs can be done on it after they find the the whole underside of the truck is rusted out and a black coat has been sprayed to the underneath of the truck to hide the rust. Randy, the sales manager, said "Yeah we probably did do that. But you cant prove it" Real crooked salesman and customer service.”

“Absolutely a disaster. I wouldn’t give these people one red cent after my experience with them. Misdiagnosed our vehicle to the tune of $503. Then wanted another 1700 to fix the correct part. I had it towed out of there and to a local shop.”
