“I wanted to thank your team for making my car-buying experience so smooth and enjoyable. Everyone was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout the process, especially Don & Brian. I never felt pressured, and all of my questions were answered with patience and honesty. The customer service exceeded my expectations, and I truly appreciate the care and attention I received. I'll gladly recommend your dealership to friends and family. Thank you again! I’m loving my car!”

“Giving 2 stars because at least they were polite. 3 hours to do an oil change, tire rotation, and inspection. Charged $36.99 for labor to add fuel cleaner to the gas tank, $37.95 for tire rotation. Then told me I needed to change the cabin air filter for $125, and change the differential fluids for another $600. I know maintenance costs money, but this dealership is borderline robbery with time and charges.”

“I worked with Brian. I did almost my entire deal over the phone. Brian, and the finance team, made everything super easy. I’d did my credit app ahead of time, and when I went in all I needed to do was test drive and sign. I was in and out in less than an hour. Overall, great experience.”

“I try to not post negative reviews because my expierence doesn't always reflect others. But now I have had 3 separate instances and now I'll leave the review.
The most recent time, I came in and wanted to discuss getting a new key fob, was told to go to parts, parts said that I had to go to service but gave me an approx quote of 200 + 100 for programing. Cool, go to service, schedule an appointment. Go to the appointment. All for a sudden it's near 500. I understand it was an approximate quote, but 200 is a significant difference. I also understand employees are just doing their jobs, so I can't fault them for it. But without even attempting to solve the problem, they allowed me to walk out the doors.
Again, I get that an approximate quote is exactly that, approximate, but nearly double the cost isn't exactly a quote at that point.”

“0 out of 5 stars
I came back to the dealership after buying a used car just to have the key fob not work at all. While driving to the dealership to get a new key my check engine light came on. I had only had the car for 5 days.
When speaking with a maintenance dep manager I was told that I would need to pay for not only the key fob repairs but also whatever the diagnostic report would come back with. Thank goodness for the sales associate having a little bit of empathy for the situation because the used care sales manager was no help and did not offer any solutions other than being able to run a free diagnostic which he claimed to be 300 bucks. I ended up returning the car for full price but this came after needing to negotiate which should not have even came to that point considering I had only have the car for 5 days.
Over all a poor experience with customer service and I am now not only missing work but also out of means of transportation. After reading several reviews of poor customer service at this location I should have seen this coming.
This my first ever negative review I’ve written in my life as I understand things happened and people make mistakes. But this should never happened to anyone. Ever.”
