Just purchased our 2nd and 3rd vehicles from Terri at Carlson Toyota. What an amazing experience. Terri was great to work with. She understood what was important to us, listened to our feedback and wasn't trying to sell us something that we weren't interested in. We felt like she had our best interests in mind and that we weren't "one more customer". Also, the rest of the staff at Carlson Toyota was really helpful in making sure that we had a great experience. They earned a repeat customer for life!

I came to CarlsonToyota to look at a pre-owned Lexus ES350 that I was interested in. As soon as I walked into the dealership, I was immediately greeted and quickly connected with a salesperson in about a minute. Ryan, my salesman along with Malek, got me into the Lexus for a test drive right away even though I hadn’t scheduled an appointment in advance which was pleasing. Both Ryan and Malek were professional and welcoming. They offered beverages and snacks and made sure I felt comfortable and taken care of. After the test drive Ryan was more than willing to let me perform any inspections I wanted before even considering buying the car. I was able to run a full diagnostic scan, and they also provided a complete Carfax report so that level of transparency was a good relief. When it came time to discuss business, Ryan was willing to match or beat the interest rate offered by my credit union and was open to reasonable negotiations. I decided to think about the offer for a few days before deciding to buy the car later that week. Ryan was happy to stay late to accommodate my schedule even though I hadn’t fully committed to buying yet and that level of dedication really stood out. Overall, as a first time buyer and first time customer at CarlsonToyota, I’m very satisfied with both my vehicle and the experience. Ryan is friendly, efficient, and willing to go above and beyond to accommodate his customers. I would be more than happy to do business with CarlsonToyota again and would highly recommend asking for Ryan if you’re in the market for a vehicle.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Carlson Toyota to purchase a new car, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. From the moment we walked in, the entire staff was warm, welcoming, and genuinely compassionate. Despite our trade-in having high mileage and a lower value, Dylan Ruto, our salesman, and Matt Anderson, the new car sales manager, went above and beyond to ensure we received a fair and competitive deal. Their professionalism and dedication truly stood out. What made the experience even more special was the personal touch. The dealership owner Paige Carlson even came out to introduce herself and congratulate us on our purchase, which meant a lot. Everyone was attentive and made sure we felt supported throughout the process. Overall, I highly recommend Carlson Toyota for anyone looking for a positive and hassle-free car buying experience. We’ll definitely be back for future purchases!

After browsing inventory on Toyota.com, we picked out a 2026 Toyota bZ Limited that was allocated to Carlson Toyota. Alex and Bassel (at Carlson Toyota) got tasked with taking the reins and making our shopping experience easy, and efficient; they knew how to do that. As a Christmas gift, Carlson Toyota installed body side molding ($360), so I matched their generosity by donating $360 to our local food shelf after getting inspired by Carlson Toyota's Wish Tree, and their community spirit. Given how bright and effective the bZ’s front and rear LED light bars are, I asked Bassel about removing the Pulse Brake dealer add-on. He got that done without any fuss. Overall, the 2026 Toyota bZ Limited is a very nice car that's pleasant to drive. Its suspension creates confidence; the inside warms up more quickly (in cold weather) than our old Honda Civic did, the sound system is absolutely beautiful, and all the seats are cozy; it’s a solid commuter car. Tesla's Model Y still outperforms the bZ in areas like Sentry hardware, sensors, and overall technology polish and integration. I reduced my rating by one star since Toyota's mobile app and activity mount guidance are actively being worked on and more effort is needed to effectively communicate safety-related information, while driving. Even so, the 2026 bZ Limited offered an extremely competitive price point and a compelling set of strengths that made it our top choice. note: after owning this car for about a week, we can’t imagine putting our money into another ICE or hybrid vehicle; the bZ Limited is sweet, empowering, and genuinely lovable. And every interaction we've had with Carlson Toyota's service department has been professional, efficient and productive.
