“So this is part 2 to our original post which explained how happy we were with our transaction but there has been a new development which I think potential customers should know about. We purchased our car and when doing paperwork we made sure to let them know our county because our town splits 2 counties. We had been asked a couple more times in finance because whenever any info was changed the computer seemed to default to the county I did not live in. But when all paperwork was completed we were assured the correct county was applied and we went on our way. Fast forward and when our plates arrived they came from the wrong county. I called Cookeville and was told since wheel tax was already paid just go to my county clerk and they will give me a sticker. I called my county and was told they do not transfer wheel tax from another county so I would have to pay the 50.00 wheel tax for my county and they would give me the sticker. I spoke with Cookeville again who said go pay the 50.00 and supply the receipt and they would reimburse me so thats what I did. I sent confirmation to cookeville on July 17 . On the 24th I contacted my salesman to ask if the refund was approved and he said yes. Here we are August 3 and no contact no check. So after a great buying experience the whole thing goes to hell over 50.00 which to me is ridiculous.”
