“My daughter went out on her own for her car buying experience and they are by far the worst dealership. Customer service is a zero. Too many employees with bad attitudes and zero help, the manager is constantly changing, and I believe that the off site tag and title company is a scam. It has been a year since my daughter purchased a vehicle from them and she still hasn’t received a tag or registration. We finally went to a legit dealership that traded her car and took that nightmare off of our hands. Conyers Mitsubishi is everything but professional, trustworthy, or customer friendly.”

“It was THE WORST CAR SHOPPING EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD. I visited about 6:30pm on a Saturday. First Red Flag - when I came through the door, the greeting was less than professional... they were very playful and stated I was there to buy 2 cars or more. I explained it was my first day out and I wanted to see what I liked, and not purchasing today. After I got the details on the Outlander from the salesman, I asked if I could test drive the vehicle, he said Sure and took my ID to the front desk. He came back in a few moments and told me that the manager said they had to run my credit First to see if I could fund the vehicle - I was APPALLED! I told him they will NEVER KNOW and immediately left the place. In all of my years of car buying, I never was told my credit had to be run BEFORE I could test drive a vehicle. Little did they know, I could have purchased the vehicle outright if I wanted to! They blatantly discriminated against a black female, dressed appropriately, carrying herself professionally. I WISH I would purchase a Mitsubishi and you can be rest assured I'm telling EVERYONE about my experience and taking this ALL THE WAY up to their corporate office. I'm disgusted!”

“Customer service has been great here! Service on my vehicle was fast & quality work. The car wash was AMAZING & the timing was perfect! You all might want to consider adding a car wash to your list of service options. I'd definitely pay extra to have my car washed whenever I bring it to the dealer for an oil change, or any other maintenance/ repairs.”
