“There is so much to say, let me narrow it down. I drove hour past 2 other Mitsubishi dealerships just to come to this one, was it worth it? Well when I first arrived I was met with all friendly and smiling faces which put me immediately at ease (let me say I only dealt with the svc dept.) Then I met Jay the service manager he was absolutely AMAZING! He address all of my concerns and assisted me as best he could. His attitude was was wonderful throughout, even while we collectively tried to figure out what was going on with my car and the next steps to take. My car had some serious issues but they came through and addressed all of my concerns. I did have to return b/c of reoccurring issues and then some new ones. Jay (and all of the employees) had unwavering determination to assist with me with a smile. I'm new to Mitsubishi so the car definitely handles differently from other vehicles, for instance I thought that I had a bad battery but the fact of the matter was/is that I am a fast driver and if you like driving fast then electric vehicles are not for you. I love mine and will be keeping it though. Driving fast KILLS your battery...so that was a user error on my end. Driving on the regular road , running errands, basically city driving you wont get ANY miles using electric (especially if you drive fast) you may get 6 to 10 miles. But the highway.....now this is where you will love your hybrid as long as you stay at a consistent speed no matter how fast your batter will charge while driving. To keep things simple just use cruise control and you will be perfectly fine. Lavon the manager (I believe) even reached out to me concerning my issues because I was a bit upset and concerned that we could not fix my issues. ( I hope im saying your name correctly). Again making a long story short I had so many issues she went above and beyond to assist me. If you have had issues with other dealerships PLEASE give this dealership a chance. I you have had good experiences with other dealerships PLEASE give this dealership a chance. If you had a not so great experience with this dealership PLEASE give them a second chance. I absolutely love my hybrid Mitsubishi and I want to thank everyone for their assistance from the head down to ALL OF THE MECHANICS who greeted me with smiles and concerns.”
